I am looking to connect with investors of all sizes. I am interested in Commercial/Multi-Family development, but open to other types of investments. I'd also reccomend networking with private lenders. You can create a win win situation by finding a good deal for investors without needing your own money. This will help you get the capital you need, but also get into deals you may not have been able to get into on your own.
