Hi Sean,

I like your plan. It makes sense. Not sure how much equity you can tap into but your plans seems to be the right path forward. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific question.

Kind Regards,

Mehdi

I agree with other comments. Prioritize paying back the credit card. It's a guaranteed 19% return on his cash.

Welcome Gaby! Joining the BP community is definitely a step in the right direction. Since you know you want to do multi family properties, next maybe, you want to get to know the different neighborhoods and decide which area you want to focus on. Would yoube investing in Miami or elsewhere? You mention doing 2 investments in the past. What were they? Condos, SFH or multi?

Your investment strategy (buy and hold, appreciation, flipping or else) as well as financing optiona are key to answering your question. In general, I don't recommend condos as the HOAs eat out your cash flow. Feel free to call me if you want to discuss.

Welcome to Miami. Commercial might be harder to break through as a newbie but if you're dedicated, everything is possible. Feel free to call if you want to talk about it.

@Paul Ronto , @Rick S.

Thank you both for your answers. Actually they helped me and I eventually changed my mind.

Now there are 2 additions that I think potential customers would welcome.

1) First, since you already have the platform, why not allow for collection of HOAs as well. I run a property management company and it's painful to get checks instead of automatic payments directly to the account.

2) One of the reasons, I wanted the payments to go on my website is that I thought it would help with traffic and ranking in SEO. Would any of your companies be interested in providing a plugging that customers can incorporate on their website.

Hope you find these comments useful.

Kind Regards,

Mehdi

Hello BP Community,

I'm looking for a platform that would allow me to collect rent from my tenants directly on my website. I'm aware of the multitude of websites offering the service such as Cozy and TurboTenant but I'm wondering whether I can do it myself. If they can do it, why couldn't I implement a simple tool or use a plugging to do it. My preferred way of receiving payments is ACH because of its low cost/no cost for sender and recipient.

Thank you for your input!
