Notice the date change for February from the 2nd Thursday to the 3rd Thursday.  

We will continue moving forward with our meet ups every 2nd Thursday.  

We will be playing Rich Dad, Poor Dad's Robert Kiyosaki's board game, Cashflow.

Tonight's Speaker on Tax Planning: Todd Ames, CPA and partner at Deagle, Ames & Co. is coming to speak about the changes to the tax law and tax strategies for real estate investors.  Not only has Todd worked extensively for one of the Big Four International accounting firms as well as a multi-billion dollar corporation,  but he himself is an experienced and successful real estate investor and has a wealth of knowledge to share on how we can use real estate to save on taxes.
