@David H..  Did I hear you say that the EIDL is the first step in applying for the PPP? or do you file them separate? 

@Cory Binsfield Thank you so much for your replies.  One more question...Did I read on one of the applications that it asks you if you are applying for other relief?  So we are able to apply for both the PPP and the EIDL?  We have a Land Surveying company we own and we would be applying for the PPP but for that the EIDL, is that just for investment properties?

Great question! I want to know the same thing. I listened to a podcast from Frank Rolf on Monday and still confused. I think he was saying... I would own LLC #1, which is the primary....that would own LLC #2 (entity with partners)...which would own LLC#3 (the actual MHP)....and then you also own LLC #4 (which is the management company)??????

I would love some clarification because that sounds so confusing. Also, do you own LLC #1 in Delaware or NV or in the state you live? Which for me is CA. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you so much for your input. I have already gotten my living trust out of the way a while ago, so Seth said he would discount my contract. He said it would cost me $7500. I talked to my CPA about Seth and what he has told. She is super confused and so am I. I am wondering if I should just keep it simple and find a lawyer here and set up my LLC's.
