I'm sure you could do it if you're feeling really generous. I believe a 3 bedroom voucher won't pay more than $900+/- a month, 4 bedroom $1100+/- a month.

Hey Jared,

Alabaster is a great market. In my experience you shouldn't have any problem getting a townhome rented, assuming of course you've got it in rent-ready shape and priced correctly. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk specific addresses/numbers. Happy give you my 2 cents.

Section 8 should have a copy of the lease on file. It's not unheard of for them to misplace paperwork though. Pleasant Grove is a pretty hot area, you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a buyer.

@Denise Evans is on it. I think that you could probably approach the occupants directly (or through a property manager) and offer cash for keys yourself. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey @Tae Kim @Spencer Sutton is spot on. I trust @Bryan Miles completely and have bought from him in the past. He knows what he is doing and has a great grasp on all the neighborhoods around town. Good luck with your investing!
