Hey BP Nation.  I'm looking to grow the Cohost business as we now have roots in South Carolina and New York.  Looking for any networking advice.  Below are services I've been providing.  Thank you.

Hello everyone. I was happy to recently launch my website for airbnb cohosting (www.thecohostdad.com). While we've continued to scale predominantly in South Carolina, I just wanted to put our information on BP in the event we could support anyone's STR needs. Through the website, you can schedule times to meet me and see if we would be a good fit. Additionally, I am offering a $500 referral fee for any client that comes on board. Thank you BP friends.

I think you're doing the right things for the most part.  Dynamic pricing tool is a must.  I also have  had traction offering virtual tours of my place, which required a drone/photographer to handle.  Posting the videos in certain groups has been helpful.

Hey Chris

Congrats on taking the leap into the STR word. My wife and I did the same thing a few months ago and started cohosting at around the same time. message me on BP and we'd be happy to share our stories and lessons we've learned along the way.

Hello. Does anyone on here has dual license in NY and SC?

For those of you who have licenses in two different states, can two different brokers hold your license in two different states? How are you using dual state licenses to your benefit?

Thank you

Pam. I’d be happy to talk about the area and the numbers. I’ve got a strong team down there now so let me know if you’d like to connect

@Joshua Janus thanks for the reply. Yes I’m working through the books now. I haven’t found one in my area yet. Do you invest in addition to being an agent ?

Hello. I was hoping to get some recommendations on finding a multi family mentor or enrolling in some kind of mentorship program (at a cost I’m sure). Any advice is appreciated . Thank you
