Had a great day today and thought I'd share this story... We hired Beth Azor, a retail canvassing trainer from Florida, who traveled up to Boston to teach a seminar to teach 25 of the area's best retail leasing reps (both landlords and brokers). The seminar was held at WS Developments office in Chestnut Hill and the content was excellent. We learned several expert tips and strategies for canvassing and leasing space. 8 lucky attendees will be going out to actually canvass with Beth tomorrow. For any of you that have canvassed for retail tenants you know that it is an art form that needs constant refinement. Looking forward to implementing what I learned!

Hey All, I wanted to introduce myself quickly as I am new to BP and would like to start making some connections! I am a retail real estate broker based in Massachusetts. We specialize in landlord, tenant, buyer and seller representation. We focus almost exclusively on retail properties throughout the New England market and beyond. 

I've joined this group to form connections with those of you who may need our brokerage services as you buy or sell property within our market area. I am also interested in learning more about investing in real estate and potentially forming partnerships to buy investment property.
