Yeah you'll get military continuously through there for sure. Also, being a military investor myself, it is relatively recession resistant as well.

I tweaked some stuff so it should be easier now.

Also working on a rentometer type function so it calculates a recommended rent without adding a rentometer CSV file.

I run rentometer and then have a webapp I've created to further analyze the rent by square foot. Then I look at current rent in the area to make sure it's correct. You could easily do it yourself.
