If you had a financing contingency in the contract and worse comes to worse, you can use that as your "out." Hopefully you gave the earnest money to your atty or the title company and not the buyer or their atty. Of course, you should do whatever you can to honor your contract.

Hi,

This is my first time in the BP forum. I own 2 doubles in South Buffalo, NY, and am looking to expand this year to at least 5 doubles. I'm planning on selling one of my doubles this Spring to finance the down payments for my next properties. My question is about timing. What is the best month to sell in Buffalo this year?

Thanks,

Mark
