Hello,

I'm recently divorced. I got my kids 50/50 of the time so I thought the right move was to purchase another SFH. I was just introduced to REI after I bought my primary residence

I am looking to start investing (found it after the house). What are some options to reduce home cost and get in the game ?

My friend passed away he has an executor of his estate so his house and things went to probates. The lawyer is saying 6 months and then everything is to be sold. Is there a way I can buy the estate before it goes public? What’s the best strategy to try and purchase the property before it goes public?

Hello,

I have run the analysis on a property I think is a good deal. I would like to make sure I used the calculations right. Also the seller is saying the layout needs to be changed to add a second bedroom. He said it has rough run for a second bath as well. I asked about permits and such and he said since we were just changing the layout they wouldn’t be required. Is that right?

Here is the link with the analysis any input would be great
