Hey guys, Question, I am trying to buy a short sale property and the seller wants to take my offer which is a lower offer than someone else’s but I am offering better terms specifically I am allowing him to stay in the property for a specific time after closing. Can he except my lower offer?

It’s all about the Classes. Create a class for flips and a class for rentals. Then assign properties to the appropriate class.

QuickBooks

I have QB online have 17 rentals properties did a dozen flips and have no issues. I think QB online is great. For those who hate QB online do you mind sharing your reasons why?
