Joe, for your question, I am thinking of purchasing a rehab property using 100% rehab loan from a private money lender. Rehab it and refinance traditionally. Hoping to have at least 25% equity by that time. Basically looking for 4-plexus in south king or pierce counties in WA state or outside of NYC. Well, this is the theoretical plan. Not sure where I am going to end up in reality.

I like to introduce myself as novice investor. I began investing in 2013 and since then have bought 1 property each year. Now,I like to step it up and hopefully will be able to buy my first multi family unit in the next two to 3 months.
