Is anyone aware of New York lenders that allow loans sizes below $50k? I'm currently considering a couple of properties in the Syracuse and surrounding areas that would leave me with loans at about $43k-49k, with 75% LTV. The $50k minimum is what I keep finding...

I'm curious about people's experiences investing in Auburn, New York... I'm in contact with a seller in the area (I'd also gladly take agent or property manager recommendations) and am trying to learn more about the market there.

Bigger Pockets really is amazing. I'm still sorting through all of the thoughtful responses and direct messages. Thankfully, it seems that I'm doing most things right but I can always try to improve. Thank you all!
