Hi, my situation kinda of like Malik. Do you know someone at Little Rock, AR or Columbus, Ohio? Would like to invest in that area. I talked to loan officer, most of them stated that I have to put dowm 25% cuz of  income property. Do you know any lender that can put down 3,5% for income properties? Thank you.
