I live in Denton and I would be interested in a meet-up. I'd like to discuss buy and holds in the area.

I live in Denton and go to UNT. I would agree with everyone and say Denton is a lot better for college rentals, and the prices on homes are cheaper. UNT's a great school and Denton is a great town for younger people. The only downside is the drive to any other major city from denton is 45 minutes to an hour. If your in Richardson you would be a lot closer to Dallas.
