So far I have gone to the Small Business Development center here in Manhattan Kansas and I felt that was a waste of time because the gentleman there didn't take me serious. Also I have been talking to a few real estate investors in the area and a few of them have been very helpful.  To be honest I am scared and doubt that I will be able to realistically start in a few years from a financial stand point but I believe where there is a will there is a way.

After reading the Millionaire next door by Thomas J. Stanley Ph.D , I’ve been reading other books on investing from the Intelligent investor to The Millionaire real estate investor and I am still learning. I have been told that I can read all the books in the world about investing but that I am going to have to take the first step and make it happen, so here I am.
