Newbie from Tonganoxie, Kansas

Hi everyone. My name is Pauline Allen and, as stated above, I live in the small town of Tonganoxie, Kansas.

Tonganoxie is a great centralized place to live for investing as it is equidistant to the Kansas City, KS, Leavenworth, KS and Lawrence, KS, areas.

While it all seems overwhelming at this point, I have updated my profile, added a pic, bought the new book package and upgraded my membership after Brandon's webinar "How to Find, Analyze, and Finance an Incredible Rental Property Deal!"

I've started reading "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing" and will move on to Brandon's book "How to Find Incredible Real Estate Deals" and then "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down". Any other reading suggestions and the order in which to read them would be greatly appreciated.

Would love to meet with anyone in the area for coffee/tea or even a meal. Kelley's has a great chicken fried steak dinner!

Open to any and all suggestions as to how to proceed.
