Thank you! Primarily through private money that I raised and hard money. My focus is definitely on value add because here in Atlanta in some areas like Tucker or even West Midtown there are great value add opportunities at 7-8 caps. And after turning them around you can sell them easily at a lower cap rate. 

Right now I'm in the process of making offers on apartment buildings between 5 to 35 units in Midtown Atlanta.

Hi all I'm looking for a great  multifamily brokers in the Metro Atlanta area .  Any recommendations ? And what are the strengths and their weak points.

I know this thread has been down for awhile yet I have a question. So are you saying that you can rent out a bedroom inside an apartment unit to each veteran?
