hello you guys. i am a new upcoming CRE agent in maryland. i am 22 years old and i just got done my pre-licensing and i am soon taking my exam to get my license.. in the future i am going to want to become a CRE investor but as of now i'm just starting off as an agent to try to learn as much as i can and so i can save some capital. i was just curious on how most of you fellow agents started off? i know it's important to find the right brokerage but what did you look for? and how do you guys maintain go get business everyday? any answers/advice will help!

is there any good CRE agents on here? if so what do you think the best way to be successful and what type of steps did you take to ensure your success? I am starting my journey and i am looking for some advice as I find a good firm to work for in my area. I also want to invest in CRE as well but i am just starting off and i am looking forward to saving my commissions i get so i can invest in my first deal.

any of you guys are good commercial real estate investors? how did you guys get started on buying your first investment? i want to do commercial real estate because i know it is more money involved. but i do know it’s a lot of more work to do as well.. should i try to become a commercial real estate agent first to learn the ropes or should i just try to gain access to capital/loan so i can get my first investment? any answers will help.
