Hello everybody!
I'm 26 and just starting in RE!
Have been reading books and soaking-up as much info as I can.
I want to get my first house this year :)
If anyone is around, lets be friends.
I work 3 days a week as a bartender, so I have free-time.
I'm down to help you with labor, free of charge, etc. just want to learn.
Lets be friends/ partners, and help each-other out!

Mike! I wouldn't mind starting a long-term portfolio with it. Having some extra monthly income... Basically I'm just starting out, and would love to do either. Also, some flips would be good, (obviously) to get some more cash flow, then i can get bigger deals,etc.
So to answer your question, either really. I'm very-open to ideas, opinions, etc.
