@Will, I sent an email. I'll try to sync up my flights.

Weather permitting, I am going to get in some skiing or snowboarding, too. Let me know if you are!

@Toni, I am happy to hear it's going well. I looking forward to meeting in Denver.

Thanks everyone!

@Joshua I a definitely going to be in Denver for the BP convention.

@Jake I never took the salesperson test. My guess is that it was not too much harder. There are 50 more questions (200 total). There were only two math questions total on mine. The one day exam prep course I attended, by John Henderson, helped a lot. I probably would not have passed without that prep course.

@James Congrats back at you. I was reading your thread here a couple weeks ago about your test experience.

I've been putting it off forever. I finally got around to taking the California Real Estate Broker exam. I felt both relieved and excited to walk out of there with a "Congratulations you passed..." letter.

Nice find, Tod. I enjoyed the Times write up. I look forward to reading his book.

Thanks Jon -

Your video got me excited about that book. I've been wanting to purchase that one for a while.

I like how you factored in inflation. It makes the numbers sound much more exciting.

I just picked up a copy on ebay. The book looks beat up and the numbers were 1K to 3M :) $50 bucks

Oh yeah...and we're still waiting.

I have to say I am feeling optimistic. Much less doomy and gloomy. I also predict gold will briefly hit between $2300.00 - $2400.00 this year, and when it happens world will not collapse.

That sounds close to the definition of stagflation to me. Which has been my basis for what asset class to be in for a while.

However, I hope I am wrong. It will help many if production and wages rise, too.
