@Nick B. Hire a tax pro. I can promise you are doing your basis calc wrong, among other things. People go to school, get advanced degrees and certifications, and build careers to tackle the challenges you are trying to overcome on a free forum and with turbo tax. Come on.

@Michael Gee not sure why you’d do this... you’d be filing an incomplete tax return. Amending will just cost you more money.
