I have one rental in Jacksonville AR, near Little Rock AFB. Had it for 7 years. It does ok. Been thinking about selling in the next year.

@Kevin Tillery in a similar situation. Used a heloc from my other property. Find a good credit union asmarterchoice.com

I'm have good luck with a credit union near me called Pen Air, after striking out with other national credit unions. The usually require the loans to be local which why this tool is helpful. I'm getting a 3% on non owner occupied compared to 2.75% on my primary.

Last I heard it was 3 properties not mortgages. Move some to an LLC.
