Hello!

We're looking for a good templated solution to showcase a comp analysis on market rents to an investor. 

Something robust and complex enough to house all the data, but also simple enough to be able to draw the key insights as to where the sample property stands relative to the market place and how much rents have the potential to rise. We use Rentometer, but don't find it to tell the full story effectively enough.

Have you seen anything along those lines that has worked well? Any excel templates you guys have found useful?

Fellow investors and syndicators, What are some of the core KPIs that you look at for benchmarking whether or not you'll move forward with a deal? Could be things like... Short term Cash on Cash return cash flow Deal size Price per unit Long term IRR Total equity increase Cap rate at resale Would love your insights on which ones are most important and what numbers you use as a minimum for each before you would consider moving forward on a deal.
