Thanks Travis, Sounds good bud, hit me up.

I have a weird issue now, I have a few friends that are realtors, and I can't figure out who to use.

Hi, I'm Matt. Mid 30's and currently work in the financial sector.

Been interested in real estate investing for a good while, finally in a position where I can do something about it, so I'm reading as much as I can at this point. I've been involved professionally in other means of investing (securities) for a good while, but the appeal is dropping for me.  I've also had friends do far better in real estate, and the ease of using leverage appeals to me as well.

Due to my 9-5 I have this amazing advantage when I talk to people, in that I get to vet them better than just about anyone else can, and many of the people I see who have a financial position I would like for myself are involved in real estate.

So yeah, I'm at the point that every thing I read gives me 5 new questions, I getting some of the jargon down.  The market I'm in is interesting in that lacks the peaks and valleys that many places do, which is a mixed bag.

I'm keen on flipping to increase my bank roll, but picking up some rentals is something I'm looking into currently as well.
