@Marlen Weber I’m planning on purchase a home in Denver Metro as a primary residence within the year. So probably in 2022. If my real estate biz takes off here in Denver then maybe by the end of 2021.

@Mikel Billstrom If there is another way I have no idea. I was told I couldn’t from my lender.

@Account Closed I did not (nor am I allowed) to use my commission for down payment. I did usually the commission check to help offset costs of rehab.

@India Brown $27,500 = down payment + out of pocket renovation budget. I didn’t have any closing costs bc the seller paid them and they also gave me a $3,000 credit towards repairs/updated which I used to add new gutters and full interior paint.
