Thanks everyone for the responses! I apologize if my original post was unclear. I am very new to the world of real estate and RE investing. I am essentially trying to learn as much as possible about all avenues and then figure out what makes the most sense for my situation. Everything that i have read has said wholesaling is a good way to get into RE investing for beginners with little upfront capital although it does take a lot of time and dedication. The only question that I had about wholesaling (which Will answered for me) was how to find buyers for wholesale deals. Any other tips/suggestions are more than welcome :)

Hell everyone! I am very green in terms if experience but I am a long time listener of BP and wanted to reach out to the forums. I have done some research on Wholesaling and it seems like a great way to get into real estate investing with little money involved. I was wondering what everyones strategy was to build up a list of possible investors in potential wholesale deals. Any info is appreciated, thanks!
