@Brandon Frulla

Thanks Brandon.

Does a seller need to have 100% equity to owner finance?

Hi Everyone,

I am a buy and hold investor in NJ. For my next deal I’m trying to use some creative financing and I can’t stop think about putting an owner financing deal together.

What are ways to find small multi fam building owners who have 100% equity to do something like this?

I’d be curious to hear about how someone structured there first owner financing deal too.

Appreciate any feed back. Thanks!

@Thomas S. Tha is for the advice, much appreciated. My gut is telling me to go with the older couple as well.

Hello everyone,

so I am trying to acquire my first multi-family home to start my portfolio, I do have a little bit of capital to use as a down payment but obviously i would like to keep that in my account.

my specific question is how can i use OPM to acquire income producing properties and how do i give them the 8-10% return within a year that they are asking for?

any info helps, thanks!
