I've been a PRO member now for about six months but have been more passive on the site. I'm a licensed real estate agent in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Hi All,

Work in commercial real estate. Live in Washington DC. Licensed in Virginia and Washington DC. 

I'm interested in meeting up with locals as well. Flipping would be really exciting but I think I'm more interested in the buy and hold route. I just don't know how to get started.
