Hi Brandon, if you are coming through St. Louis I have a rehab almost finished, close to I-70 and I-64.  I'd love to let you take a look.

I have not heard of this before, we manage all our properties out of our LLC.

@Robert Bacher a great place to start is at a local REI meeting. Luckily we don't have a shortage of them in the St. Louis area.

There are 2 meetings next week that I know of:

Lifeonaire and the South Side Investment Club meet Wed and Thursday next week respectively.

@Zachary H.  welcome to BP.  The commercial space is one thing I'd like to know more about.  Now if I could only get more hours in the day. :)

Hmm,  I'm just going to say it wasn't the right group for me and leave it at that.

@Eric Schuettenberg I recall attending a lunch meeting for one group, but I don't recall which one at this time.
