What are some platforms that can be used for tenants to pay their monthly rent? I’ve been asked to use cashapp but cashapp is not very friendly when too much money is transferred.

@Mack Benson this would be owner financing the entire debt I have stumbled upon a potential deal and the seller seems to be willing to finance this way I was worried that I may not be able to brrrr it because of this financing.

I may have stumbled upon a unique opportunity to get a great commercial property with a seller willing to seller finance. If I go this route would I still be able to cash out refi on that property because I want to brrrr it

@Dan DiFilippo

Ok thanks for the feedback. The only issue with hard money is them wanting a track record of your portfolio to take a chance on you it is difficult for first time investments. Best bet gm would probably yo definitely work on getting your score up.

@Eric Johnson

Ok I'm asking for a friend I told him that FHA would allow some help but I wasn't exactly sure how much. I actually think his credit score is below that.

I am a newbie investor in South Carolina. I have been on the bigger pockets app reading stories and learning a lot from others experiences. I am wondering about finding properties that are in the pre-foreclosure stage but not completely foreclosed on. I heard about a website called list source but unfortunately SC is one of the states that you can’t pull information about properties on that particular one. If anyone can give me tips on how to begin to find these type of leads I would greatly appreciate it!
