Hey @Douglas Hernandez. Congrats and welcome to BP. I'm pretty new here as well. I've been listening to podcasts, asking tons of questions, and analyzing deals. There are so many resources out there so take advantage. Reach out topple on here as well. Hope this helps and good luck to you.

@Jeremie Torres It's the only way I know how to calculate deals at the moment. There's still a lot I need to learn. Please keep us posted on how things turn out with this property.

I'm not sure how to calculate a BRRR. I tried using the BP calculator but couldn't get it. Good luck to you the deal though.

I've lived in Austin Tx for the better part of the last 16 years. The city has absolutely exploded in the short amount of time I've lived here. Traffic sucks but I can't imagine it being worst that other major cities. Live music and bbq for the win. The job market is off the charts with Amazon and Tesla still on the way. If I had to complain,it would have to be about the heat. It can get hot than a serano pepper. 

@Jeanette Gadut. I found a few 4/2s that we’re renting  between $1500-$1800. I didn’t see any 4/3s. Maybe you could ask a bit more for rent. Does it need rehab?

Also, check Bigger Pockets Insights. It’s under the Tools icon at the top. You can get rent estimates there.

@Aaron K.I downloaded the PDF, copy and pasted it to the link and nothing. I posted again yesterday with a link and it seemed to work. I could email the analysis as another option.
