@James Wise  I have your map bookmarked!  That's what made me ask my question in the first place!  Thanks for all you do on here, you have a ton of great information.  I'm not sure if I want to extend all the way up to Cleveland right now unfortunately.

@Josiah Barkman Thanks for the help, I can narrow my search a little bit.  Towards Fairlawn would be ideal for me, but the market is a little out of my budget at the moment it looks like.

Thank you for the response.  I know Akron has to have some "good" neighborhoods, but I am not sure where those are.  I was hoping to get a few areas to investigate further with more research.  I've read on here that some people have had success in Goodyear heights, Firestone, Forest Hill, Ellet.

New to real estate investing, and have not made any deals yet. I have started looking into Akron Ohio and was wondering if anyone had a map with some neighborhood grades. I am also looking into surrounding areas such as Ellet, Portage Lakes. Any information on these areas would be great!
