Good day, @Jason Malyon, I am also a part time investor from Durban.

Im sure there are enough Durban investors for us to make a few discussions relevant to our laws and tax situation.

Good day, Matt.

Your first step to becoming a property investor with no money is maintaining a positive credit record, this way the bank will be willing to lend you money.

If you have a positive credit rating and the banks are willing to lend you R300 to R400 k then you can become an investor. Go to the bank and let me know how much they will lend you.

I can help you find a good property to invest in, by working out the Return on Your Investment. My Area of choice at the moment is the Victoria Embankment in Durban's CBD.

I'm no pro, and I only have one property in my portfolio, but i am willing to help. By helping you I will also be learning.

Good day, What would be the best way to structure a property investment company using Trusts and Companies to both create and preserve your wealth?
