Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback.  I am pre-approved, yes.  From a competitive standpoint - I guess not enough.  I've got in asking in close to asking on each deal, but everything else is going above.  Will certainly take a look at the Savannah RE investors Facebook group, see what I can tackle there.  Thanks again fellas.

Hey everyone, 

First time investor for mutli-family and I've been trying to take a position on some deals in the Savannah, GA market and every deal I am coming across is getting about 20 offers with the majority above asking.  I have my criteria, I stick to it to ensure it falls into the "good deal" category on my end.  Any suggestions in my approach or process?
