Are online websites such as Legalzoom or my company recommended to start my LLC or is there a better way to go about it?

So my wife and I are both RNs but we are looking for more sources of income. We live in the eastern panhandle of WV in which there seems to be opportunity to work in WV, VA, & MD. However, we are new to real estate & are in a lot of debt and are not looking to get a real estate license. My question is, how do we get started? We have done research but are still looking to for advice?

My wife and I signed up for a 3-day seminar for $2000 for the path to success group in which we were told after taking the classes that we should be back financially by the same lenders that back Tarek & Christina from the TV show, Flip or Flop. I was wondering if you have heard anything about them and whats your take. Also, we have heard mixed reviews about them and heard they will want us to take out and max out CC and then try to increase the limits on them. Does any of this sound familiar to you?
