My wife and I signed up for a 3-day seminar for $2000 for the path to success group in which we were told after taking the classes that we should be back financially by the same lenders that back Tarek & Christina from the TV show, Flip or Flop. I was wondering if you have heard anything about them and whats your take. Also, we have heard mixed reviews about them and heard they will want us to take out and max out CC and then try to increase the limits on them. Does any of this sound familiar to you?
