7-8 am role play with other agents. Practice FSBOs script my listing presentation stuff like that.

8-9 morning ascent we chat our affirmations, write in our journal for ten min of things we are grateful for and things we want then we have a motivation message by one of the brokers or owners of the company.

9-12. Prospecting getting new business.

12-1230 lunch

1230- 5 it’s either lead generation preparing CMAs for clients going or going on appointments.

6-10- time with family make my to do list for the next day read scriptures then sleep and wake up and do it all over.

This is my favorite for a lot of reasons. Trust god be a good person follow his commandments and the rest will fall into place.

Best way in my area is go to the courthouse have the pull files on the property usually owners info is on there and you can then give him a call and get all the info you need.

I love listening to. Gobundance podcast. A lot of funnies to be he and you can learn a lot from them. How it was built podcast. Super interesting how hard people truly have to work and perseverance one needs to achieve an amazing company. I’m a realtor in Utah so I of course love to listen to. Real estate rockstars and yes talk with Kevin ward. Those are gold if your a realtor or interested in being one.

The bear definitely stuck his head inside the tent! For now it’s 7% give it 5 years and they will have total control. Let’s pray the rest of America doesn’t follow.
