@Andrew McCotter I would definitely leverage as much as possible to take advantage of low rates and acquire more/better opportunities.

Although if you have the cash doing the BRRR thing might be a great strategy to scale quickly

@Jordan J. Osborne I would definitely get a place and house hack if your wife is cool with roommates

@Nigel Prentice Im not sure if the market rate varies per state or area. All of the hard money lenders I’ve spoken to operate nationally. Are you only looking to do deals locally?

@Miles Rose are you planning on moving to using property managers in the future?

@Scott Trench Im curious if anyone knows the best cash flow markets in metro Atlanta? Is that even a thing?

@Don Scott how did you go about finding private money lenders?

@Chris Hopper

I love this. I am home hacking at the moment and am looking to buy my next property, but I’ve realized the biggest thing to accomplish my goals would be to get a partner and a mentor.

Great post

@Blake Edwards

Im making sure I at least get the match from my employer in my 401k. It’s free money!

@Allan Smith

Thanks for replying! With your portfolio did you scale to 30 properties using house hacking? How did you do it?
