@zachfetchu I really appreciate the insight and that is definitely my goal right now as I am just starting out. Going through the pre approval process right now and hopping to get my first Multifamily within the next 6 months.

yeah thank you for the links Jay. It is nice to have everyone treat others great and want to help. That's why I love the bigger pockets forums and community. I listen to podcasts, back to back and am also in the process if buying and reading their books. My name is Matt and me and my fiancé are looking to get into the real estate game. We live in Cincinnati and are wanting to find multi family buildings to start building some passive income and starting my asset base. We don't have a lot of money but I know we have options as far as FHA loans to find a property that makes sense and we can Refinance to have money to fix up. I am just wanting some extra advise and tips on what I need to do to get started? I'm really motivated and want to do this along side my full time job to provide for my family, help others fine a great rental property to live in and build a great portfolio.
