Always consult an expert first! But lets talk retirement.. What will you do at retirement if you don't have a 401K because you invested that money in a investment property? The property is your retirement...

I don't know what your early withdraw fee would be and if I remember correctly the fee would only be on the income/profit produced, not the principle.

if the property you would be purchasing was to cashflow the amount you would be taking a hit on for the early withdraw fee lets say in 12-18 months. My opinion is it will be well worth it for you to do so!   Good luck!

Daniel Peavey Never have raised capital from outside investors, not really there yet. If I find a deal- I’ll build a team then! The podcast are great for helping you find out how to do that! I was just listening to one the other day about this very topic!

Blaine Cox It absolutely works! My most recent flip went like this Asking price - 62k Offered - 25k Came back at 45k Closed at 35k!! Needed 30k worth of work, sold for 90k Now these deals are extremely hard to find and yes I had offers on about 10 properties, this was the only one who bit, circumstances were it was a estate sale, parents passed, parents house, kids lived out of state didn’t want to deal with it. They asked for pictures after I fixed it which I did send and they were extremely happy to see the house in great condition again! Hope that helps! -Matt

Daniel Peavey NH is my home, but investing is investing! I’ll invest anywhere as long as the numbers work! NH, like Mass can be tricky - but it always works if you buy right!

Daniel Peavey Podcasts are free! They provide 1000’s of articles, links and resources for free! There basic membership is free! I’m happy you made it, but keep a open mind, many people are on different paths and want to grow in different ways! Something on a Podcast for “raising millions” might help someone else figure out how to raise 50-200k. A shameless plug for a book 1-2x’s a FREE GREAT podcast is well worth it in my opinion! Keep up the great work at BP guys! -Matt
