This topic is mostly directed for cold callers but all opinions are welcome.

How many cold calls did you have to make before you locked up a contract? Thanks in advance!

Cold called 50 potential sellers today for the first time and can’t help but think i sounded absolutely horrible. Fumbling over words, probably lost a couple deals, and got about 10 people to hang up on me. I definitely won’t give up or let it slow me down in any way but my question is, how long did it take you guys to get over cold calling nerves and how do you deal with someone that has a horrible attitude towards you?

Thanks in advance.

What is the best price range you go for when your are looking for properties? Would a property that is 100k ARV that needs a lot cosmetic work not be a good deal?

@Jerryll Noorden clearly that is why I’m here. To ask questions. Didn’t think anything of it. Figured I’d get a pretty straight forward answer. of course i could call them and ask but I’m on an app full of wholesalers and real estate experts. Lol you’re right though, live and learn.

@Mike M. I am definitely going to after hearing everyone’s take on it. I Just wasn’t going to spend the money if i wasn’t absolutely sure that it was not legal. it looked like it was going both ways at first. From what i see though the majority is saying that it’s illegal so that’s enough for me.
