My Wife ALMOST has her Oregon RE license she just has to pass the exam. She's wondering what the best brokerage is to "hang her shingle" on for training. We've heard KW from a lot of Agents. She won't be doing it full-time mostly just assisting me with flipping for retail but we want to get her trained! Help!! Thank you in advance :-)

Thank you @Elizabeth Hammack for the update! I have a feeling that these companies, and there are several different ones that do the SAME thing, won't be around for long. I ended up getting blackmailed by one of them TWICE by the "CEO" after I gave them a lovely review on BBB and Rip Off Report. SHADY!!

Hello! How long does it take for your debt to income ratio to reflect on your credit report? I've been told 30-45 days? I'm shedding a mortgage and paying down some revolving credit lines and will be applying for a couple of personal lines of credit. Thanks!

How much (guesstimate) would an electrician charge in Oregon to completely replace a load center in a 4 bed/3 bath SFR with 1,600sf? Maybe an example of a rehab somebody recently did? Thanks!

@Orlando Paz I completely understand. My Wife almost has her license and the plan is that she would provide me with the tools for flipping just like you said but I'm looking for extra income too so I said why not? I'm a pretty active guy! Haha the fees sure add up quick for sure

@Stuart Birdsong that's GREAT news so far! No I'm not that guy but my friend certainly is. I just like to know all of the pros and cons before I jump into anything. Thanks!

I'm currently flip for retail in Oregon. Will acquiring my Real Estate Broker's license affect me in any negative ways? I understand that I'll have to disclose the fact that I'm licensed but somebody was telling me that it could also affect my ability to "low ball" people. Thanks!

@Dave Foster what if the SFR is currently owner occupied? Does it have to become a rental first or no?
