We're working on a lead from homeowner with an inherited property that is split between 6 children. I'm wondering who all would need to sign the agreement (and what other documents) to make this deal happen? I'm sure all of the children, but would we need their spouses, or anyone else? Looking for any sort of guidance on things to consider with a deal like this. Thanks!

@Scott McCloy Count me in. I work in town, so that's always an option too. I'll send you a message to set something up.

Hey @Scott McCloy - welcome! I'm new to BP and investing as well, but wanted to connect with you since you're right down the street from me.

Congrats on the property, Kim! My wife and I are also in Pittsburgh and just getting started. If you need an attorney or title company check out Phil Scolieri. We've been working with him and he's been terrific!
