Is it possible to download the podcasts to my tablet to listen too later when i do not have internet access?

I know that I have to pay 1 year of insurance at closing, but how does the following years get paid, and does this apply to property taxes as well?

I am looking to by my first buy and hold(duplex,or fourplex) within the next 3 -6 months. Looking for an investors group to find a realtor and learn state landlord laws better, as well possible off market deals?

Property is 85000 rehab is 20000. Living in the property. Zip code is 54986

Thinking of purchasing a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with fha financing. Would like to fix it up and pull equity out of it within a 2 year period to buy a duplex. Trying to pull comps right now. Thinking the arv should be around 140000. Is getting 30000 out of the property sound feasable to the bp community.

Thanks for the replies. Thinking about using a box store credit card plus my cash to cover the rehabs and pay card off with the rent.

Is it possible to get approved for a mortgage for $10,000 over purchase price to use for appliances and basic upgrades to an owner occupied duplex, without going for a full 203k loan. Have the money need for my price point but would rather not front the cost.
