You must be able to overcome fear, doubt, confusion, lack of discipline, and selling mentality. You must be able to get into a marketing and acquisitions mind set; a conversation-starter, problem-solving mentality and make Real offers to get real signatures. 
Pay is per conversation turned into successful signed agreement turned into a successful closing.

This business is a cooperate effort, you're free to be remote, virtual, must be independent, consistent and honest, get on a dialer and start conversations, follow up later.......no mentoring or motivation available. 

We market direct to seller, for quality conversations, to buy right.  We exit with wholesale, rehab flip, rehab hold (pad split, bnb, lease, etc, ,  We refer the retail duds to partner agents to list, being licensed. We monetize every seller lead and we can buy anywhere in the country.  There is no deal unless there is a cold conversation turned follow up warm quality conversation..turned into signed agreement. This is 99.9% of the work no one does, wants to do or knows how to do .
