Hello everyone,

I am looking to expand my network of property management companies and handymen in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Looking for introduction to solid property management companies that have track records of the utmost integrity and those who protect their client's bottom line.  Also, connections to handymen/renovation project workers to do things like turnaround apartments or tend to maintenance request by tenants would be helpful. Just looking to network and make solid connections. 

I'm looking to see if there are any property owners that currently have landlord insurance for a property in the Cincinnati, OH area (5+ units) that they can refer me to. I'm an out of state buyer and don't know many insurance companies in the area. The bigger name companies I've been working with have given me quotes that seem outrageously high for the area. IF any of you currently work with someone and they're reasonably priced, I would greatly appreciate any referrals.

Do you still own this property? I'm currently looking to purchase a 5 unit in the area but have heard mix reviews. How is it doing now if you still own it? How's the area look in terms of investing in the area for the future. Any thoughts and insights would be helpful.

I'm an out of state investor and I'm looking to purchase a property in N. Avondale but I keep getting mixed reviews on the area. I've heard that it is an area that is gentrifying but still has some time before the area is where it would be ideal. Has anyone invested in this area of Cincinnati and what are your thoughts about North Avondale? Is it somewhere you would invest? Is it an area with growth potential? Any thoughts around this topic would be helpful.

 I'm currently looking to do a DSDR loan for a property purchase of a 5+unit multifamily. Does anyone have any good experiences working with a particular DSDR lender with favorable rates that they've personally used recently? I would love any referrals.
