Hey there, the going rate for standard tear off and re-shingle where we are is $350/square.  The vinyl plank seems about right at about 2.00 square foot for install.

Hey guys, been a member for along time and appreciate all the info I've learned along the way.  I recently won the bid on an Xome.com property and am filling out the document after the auction.  They are currently closed but I was wondering if anyone knows if they would pay the 1% Buyer Agent Commission to myself if I'm representing myself (I currently have a principal brokers license in Oregon).  Its not a huge amount or anything just figured I would check with the BP community before submitting.  Thanks everyone!
