Do you guys know of any National Banks offering low interest rates for refinancing a SFH in Nevada? Credit score is around mid 700. Current numbers are...

Owe less than 100k

Home value 220-240k

Not looking to cash-out just lower payments.  Maybe go from a 30yr to a 15yr loan. 

Plan is to cash-out in a year or two to buy another rental.

@Joe Barton @Matthew G. is correct,  If the debt is credit card debt, pay it off. Student loans are flexible and I consider mortgages as good debt.

@Quincy Gordon Jr. I would definitely get an AMEX, Capital One card and Discover. Maintain usage between 10%-20% depending on limit.  Try to keep revolving credit controlled and use loans wisely.
