Do you guys know of any National Banks offering low interest rates for refinancing a SFH in Nevada? Credit score is around mid 700. Current numbers are...

Owe less than 100k

Home value 220-240k

Not looking to cash-out just lower payments.  Maybe go from a 30yr to a 15yr loan. 

Plan is to cash-out in a year or two to buy another rental.
